Psychotherapy creates a space to explore, understand, evolve and expand your experience of yourself, your life, beliefs, relationships,  and potential.

I believe that therapy can help you be your authentic self,  and can help you lead a richer and more fulfilling life, aligned with your own values and meaning. This can be pretty exciting, sometimes challenging, and hopefully, deeply rewarding.

It can benefit from the safe, confidential, process-oriented experience of therapy - learning different ways of being and of understanding yourself, others, and the world. Sometimes it takes courage, sometimes humor, and certainly, trust. Trust can be built in the repeated sessions spent in therapy together.

I hope to work with you towards your own innate aliveness and resiliency. Understanding our own beliefs and patterns, adopted both consciously and unconsciously, can help you move forward with more clarity, choice, meaning, and freedom. Processing the past, managing grief and loss, and traumas can help to be fully present now, and can enable a fullness of life moving into a meaningful future.

Working together in session is a  unique process to every individual,  to every family and couple. I look forward to creating that space with you.
