After receiving both a Bachelors and Masters Degrees in Fine Arts from New York University, I received a Masters Degree in Counseling Psychology with an emphasis in Depth Psychology from Pacifica Graduate Institute.

I completed the Pacifica Graduate Institute Trauma Certificate Program in 2021,  incorporating Early Childhood Trauma, Ecological, Cultural and Intergenerational Trauma, Mind/Brain/Body, and Synchronicity and Spiritual Experiences in Trauma.

I was a member of  Dr. Allan Schore's (UCLA) study group, which he focused on
his research and publications as well as other leading clinicians ongoing studies, covering the most current research on  human development, attachment, brain laterality research, relational trauma, therapeutic reenactments, and other areas of current research and clinical studies of psychotherapy and neuroscience.

I incorporate mindfulness and somatic awareness practices, focusing on relationality, processing trauma, and secure attachment recovery.

I offer EMDR, Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing, a leading PTSD and trauma treatment, as well as CRM and TRM trauma resourcing and somatic processing.  I have completed Levels 1, 2 and 3  AF-EMDR training with Kim Cookson, a lead trainer with the Parnell Institute. This training enables me to work with complex trauma and attachment issues, as well as critical incident issues.

I work with individuals and couples, and I also offer parenting support and coaching to address parenting, co-parenting, and blended family support.

My approach is highly relational, and is tailored to what works best for you. It truly is an entirely unique process as each person who comes in the room is entirely unique.

I've trained in community mental health at the Southern California Counseling Center. While there,  I facilitated the Best Practices Parenting Classes, and  received further training at SCCC emphasizing both couples and family psychotherapy, and a wide array of theoretical frameworks, emphasizing community based mental health and social empowerment.  I received specialized school-based training for children and adolescents at SCCC and have worked in elementary, middle and high school settings.

As a long time student of yoga, I completed teacher trainings at both Yogaworks, Santa Monica, and with Master Yogi Erich Schiffman. I have taught trauma-informed yoga at SCCC-Watts, and  maintain a meditation practice. My body-based personal practices greatly inform my approach in assisting clients to learn balance and self regulation, potentially supporting overall health and well-being.
